Welcome to the Ranch.

That image is very small - if that is the actual size I wouldn't be surprised that no barcode could be detected, given the size barcodes normally are. Also, QR codes I've seen had markers in 3 of the corners; this one doesn't seem to have those - that would definitely make detection harder (if it's even still a valid QR code without those).

Thanks Ulf Dittmer, that's totally true, is my fault, is not QR is Data Matrix ECC 200 exactly.

I did several test now, my result was:

1.- Test with the Image Attached (Img313-png) (by Windows Paint redimension)bigger: KO.

2.- Test with the Image Attached (Img313-png) bigger and white white border: OK, WORKS!!

3.- Test with the Image Attached (Img313-png) original size with white border: KO.

4.- Test with the Image Attached (Img313-png) original size: KO.

Questions..?

1.- Why works with the white border and not without? 0-O.

2.- Is possible increasse the size of the Image in memory?.

3.- Why the image in the real PDF the size is 9,14 mm but when I get with PDFbox is less?

Can you attach the pdf so we can see the actual image to are trying to decode.
Also have you tried using screen capture to get the image at actual size and then loading the image directly into your application to see if the full size image can be decoded.
