jaxrpc.jar exists but still get java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError javax/xml/rpc/Service exception

I'm currently developing a java console application that connects against a webservice (via axis 1.4). The jar file is being built with maven and all jars are in a folder called "lib". The log4j jar in the lib folder can be loaded correctly, so the path should be correct. I’ve included all axis 1.4 files that can be downloaded from

But as soon as I start the application I get an exception when creating the service.

Did I miss something?
