Trying to compile/build undr jdev 11g

getting this error

anybody seen tos error in jdeveloper 11g before ?

quick question: is web.xml at C:\appfolder/WEB-INF ???

Yes the path is c:\live_hwth_v19.25\fm2000/WEB-INF/web.xml


..its weird the slashes starts with a \ and changes to a / could that have anythoing to do with it ?
