Though we can read PDF files in androids and other smart phones, I dont get to see an ebook specifically designed for reading in mobile (4-5 inch screen).
It would be nice to have an ebook, may be as an app for enhanced reading experience in mobile.

I'm not sure if the early-access (MEAP) is available in mobile formats, but I do know that I've been able to obtain other Manning-published books in PDF, Mobi, and EPub formats. I suspect this will be no different for Spring in Action.
