There's nothing I no of that can do that, but...why would you want to?
First, I'd rather see it go the other way: Produce annotation config from XML.
Second, until that conversion can take place, there's no reason you can't mix-n-match config. XML files can import Java config classes by declaring them as beans. Java config classes can use XML config with the @ImportResource annotation.
