How to copy portal pages from one Content root to another one in the WebSphere portal console? There is an option to move pages from WebSphere Portal > Portal User Interface > Manage Pages , but i don't know how to copy pages.

Thanks in Advance.

Here is the guide on how to copy pages from one content node to another. Its pretty simple and can save lots of time for you.

WebSphere Portal > Portal User Interface > Manage Pages

Now select the main node inside which you pages are there (Generally all pages will be categorized under one label).

Now got to export pages icon on right side of page names (I think 4th icon we have for export pages with arrow out of icon) and click.

It will ask you to export with (yes, no , cancel options).

select yes option on this page and it will download pageExport.xml file which you can import via portal console (Import XML Functionality).

Note: If you are not able to see this xml downloading please check pop up setting in browser. In chrome it will block the pop up.
