Which version (5 or 6) of the exam are you preparing?

If v5 I recommend you use Head First Servlets & JSP 2e by Kathy Sierra & Bert Bates.

For study material, please refer to SCWCD Links

The ubiquitous choice for the SCWCD exam would be to use the Head First Servlets & JSP. I see this book not only as a study material for the Web Component exam, but also a book where you can really learn the basics of the Java EE Web profile!

hi I passed OCEJWCD with 94% mark.
i read the book HeadFisrt Servlet & Jsp twice.
i did the exercies at the end of every page and made final exam twice.
i got a simulator from ENTHUWARE TEST Studio and it hepled me so much.the questions are relly close to real exam. Especially the LAST DAY TEST.
And also Piotr Nowicki's Homepage is really good material for 3.0 new features.
Now i will register for JAva arthitect.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
