Hi,

I'm looking for a perl shell (just like the shell in python). I work on both Windows and Unix.
What is recommended for each of these OS?

I think your best bet is:

cpan install Perl::Shell

It's old and experimental, but it works. The starting command is perlcmd, not perlthon as the documentation says.
