I have upgraded to myeclipse 10.7.1 ,java "jdk1.6" and Struts 2.1, (Right now using Struts 1.1 support),
JasperReports 5.6.1 Tomcat 7.0.56 from
myeclipse 3.2 ,java 1.4, Struts 1.1 ,Tomcat 5.5, and JasperReports 2.0.2.

I have two projects in same environment.

In one project reports are working fine but in other project
when I export report to PDF or EXCEL I get the message
"Font 'sansserif' is not available to the JVM. See the Javadoc for more details."
Both project have same setting.
Even I downloaded jasperreports-fonts-5.6.1.jar in lib folder and included in path.

Make sure that misspelling the font name is not the issue. The correct names of the available fonts are listed in http://docs.oracle.com/javase/tutorial/2d/text/fonts.html#logical-fonts

Thanks for quick reply.

But where should I check spelling?

Everywhere - search through the entire source code directory tree, including all config data, particularly for the reporting stuff.

Any decent IDE can search and replace easily through a directory hierarchy.

I think there's a lesson here for using documented names exactly, paying attention to proper case.
