We have a special forum for weblogic servers, so I've moved this message.

Just put u'r file in the default web folder .. that can be config/server_name/applications/(public_html in some versions and DefaultWebServer in others) and call it as http://localhost:7001/filename.jsp
localhost in case it is the same m/c else the computer IP or Network name....

Also, you will need to change the weblogic.properties file, to be able to run JSP in weblogic server.
This link has all the info. you need. http://www.weblogic.com/docs51/classdocs/API_jsp.html#register
