Hi all,
I was wondering if perhaps there are some in the forum who have had experience with both Weblogic and SilverStream application servers. We are currently running SilverStream (and have been for almost two years now) and our management is talking about switching.
SilverStream is soon dropping their page designer, but both app servers are J2EE compliant, so I am wondering if it would really be worth the trouble of switching (I think this might just be the "Anything is better than what we have now" mentality, especially since our management knows nothing of how either app server functions).
I know Weblogic is far more dominant in the market, and we are likely to find that getting resources and support is easier, but I thought I would solicit some other opinions.
Thanks,
Bill
