Hi All,

I am taking 1Z0-803 exam on 13th February 2015. Its scheduled in UK, with pearson vue. If any one is taking the exam before this period, can you please confirm me that,

"Is it going to alert you, when you choose 1 answer, when there is actually 2 answers to be marked".

My problem in mock exams is, I look at the number of right options to choose, then I will be totally lost in question such that if I don't find the 2nd right option, will mark only one answer and move on, enthuware software does not show a pop up. According to Enthuware, its the same on actual exam as well, i.e at the end that question will be listed as unattempted, which is right now very confusing for me.

I have taken car driving theory test, in the Person vue's center, It was popping up a message saying you have to mark 2 answers, when I clicked next button by selecting only one answer as right. I am no sure whether, this exam software depends upon Oracle or Person vue.

Is the software differs from one exam to another (1Z0-803, 1Z0-804)?

Please help,

Kind regards,
Prathima

when i was at actual exam i had much attention to chose right number of answers in up-left conner there is number of correct answers. I check that i select right number before go to the next one.
Passed Java SE 7 Programmer I (1Z0-803) with 95% - i think you can find answers here. (in first massage)
My recommendation ask more paper to write and use it, other recomendation you can find here: Any tricks about how to manage the 120 min for so many question?

No, no such popup or alert.

But I don't understand how this can be confusing. When you finish your last question of the exam and you click "Next" the review page is shown. This page shows a table with all incomplete questions and all questions you have marked for review. So as long as there are questions in that table, you aren't ready to finish the exam. You press "review incomplete questions" and "review marked questions" buttons to solve every question and select as many answers as you have to select before finishing the exam. I like this approach.
Iff such a popup/alert is always shown, you can't proceed to the next question until you have selected the required number of correct answers, even if you don't have any clue about this question and you just want to proceed to the next question not wanting to waste too much precious time.

No, same exam software will be used, only questions will be different

Hope it helps!

Hi Roel,

Thanks for the reply, Let me get it right, in the end i.e, when I finish my 70th question there is a review page which contains the table showing, all incomplete questions and all questions I have marked for review. It also contains 2 buttons to "review incomplete questions" and "review marked questions". It does not show all the questions which are complete and not marked for review, is that right?

With great respect,
Prathima

also you may iterate over all question one by one - from first to last. because lack of time this approach was not very comfortable for me.

Exactly!

When you click on the "Next" button after answering Q70, you do not finish the exam! You get a review page: this page contains some explanatory text and then you have a table which contains all incomplete questions and all marked (for review) questions (ordered by question number). At the bottom you have at the left 3 buttons:
  • review all questions (the one I chose because I had 55 minutes left after 1st complete iteration)
  • review incomplete questions
  • review marked questions

  • When you review a marked question, the exam software does not clear the mark (checkbox). You have to do it yourself. If you don't do that, this question will remain in the overview.

At the right, you have the "Finish" button to finish the exam. If you hit this button, you get an alert with a message similar to this one: "are you sure you want to finish the exam? Remember this action is permanent and you can't go back to the questions". And you have 2 buttons: one to cancel and one to really finish the exam.

    Hope it helps!
    Kind regards,
    Roel

    Hi Roel,

Its very clear for me now, In that case there is no confusion, I think I am ok now with the software.

    Thanks a lot,
