The best place to start learning would be the tutorials on the respective web sites.

I don't see any certification programs that might be offered for AngularJS or NodeJS. I mean they are just another set of framework and I doubt there will be anybody interested on offer a commercial certification.

I doubt that there ever will be. The JavaScript ecosystem is nothing at all like the Java ecosystem. It moves way too fast for something like certifications to make any sense, and those interested in hiring for these types of positions are unlikely to be impressed with certifications over experience.

I have around 8 years of industry experience. but for the past 3 yrs I took break and am trying to get back to work.. I need to convince the employer that I have learned these frameworks, thats why I asked.

Thanks everyone for your response.

The best way to demonstrate proficiency with JavaScript frameworks is to do something with them that you can show.
