AxisFault : Transport Error : 404 : Not Found  RSS feed

This may be a duplicate question. I have tried each and every thing in all the other answers. Like setting chunked to false, changing parameters, changing http1.1 -1.0. I have been sitting for hours on this one.
Please tell me where I am doing wrong
I am just writing a sample client to compare it with my real time client. Following is the code of client:

I have tried with other geoIP service and weather forecast too. I get the same error. Someone please help me with this. Thanks.

An error 404 is an error from the server, stated that what you requested is not available. If you are absolutely sure that it is available, then you need to debug the other side to see why the server is not finding the information requested.
