Being a web developer for five years now hasn't prepared me for this phase in my life..
I'm currently study java in purpose of building java Games , and further the way ' may be mobile apps.

with that being said , i think i got to the point where i should know how to make Java games
but i honestly doesn't have any resources , and i don't know where to start

i'm looking for any guidance that can help me START and show me the way that it should be done
any articles , videos , or any resources building and explaining how to build games from zero would help

i really appreciate it , thank you ducks~

Welcome to the Ranch. Here's an older book, but it's still not a bad thing to have and might give you ideas about what else to look for. The online text actually includes a number of chapters that aren't in the print copy, and the online version is free.

Sorry, can't help you with Android. Maybe another Rancher can help.

I do some Android but have never noticed much on game development for it gathered together in one place. There are a couple of MOOCs out there on Android development. For games background I took " Introduction to interactive programming in python" which teaches you everything you need to know about writing Atari type games but is for PC, and is of course in python. But the basics there would get you started on games for Android.
