I am new to Spring. I have read through many answers for this problem and tried, but still this is not solved.

Does ClsSaveImplementation have a package statement of the following?
package clausesEdit;

Also, where is it in the war when you create it? I'd expect it to be WEB-INF/classes, not a bin directory.

Generally, "ClassNotFOundException" means that the class was not found. THis could either be because you made a mistake in specifying the class/package name, or the class is not in classpath

Can you please tell how to find out whether my class is there in classpath

I tried posting the image of my project structure. It did not get posted here. I used the Img here to post and gave the location where my picture is.
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
