objective: have result displayed as a number between 1 and 10

I know i need to have (<= 10) and (>=1) conditions but any other code line suggestions?
Looking to run from console command line first, so Println, right?

You don't give enough context to allow us to understand what you're talking about. What is this "result" you speak of? Result of doing what?

There's not much we can use in what you wrote to make the connection between running from command line and needing to use println. What exactly is it that you want to do? Please TellTheDetails (←click that link)
