Hello there,

I am preparing for OCMJEA6. I have taken the course that was the per-requisite.

I am focusing on patterns now a days.

I want to know whether only patterns from the Eric Gamma book and the Core J2EE book will be on the exam or we can expect them from some other places as well?

Secondly, how much knowledge I should have about

EJBs
JCA
JPA
JDBC
IIOP
CORBA
RMI
WS-* protocols
Web services
SOA

Can anyone elaborate and also add to these technologies?

Furthermore what design principals are to be looked at in addition to Separation of Concerns, do we have a list of the design principals?
