glassfish ssl port 8181

my question is that by default glassfish is running 8181 as https. And i am using 8181 as my netebans local host too. Now i want to make app live via hhtps but off course with different port not 8181. i open up port 10443 but the app is not reachable via browser. i added up the port 10443 via glassfish admin consule as http-listener-2 8181 true http-listener-3 10443 true Production Port 10005 true. And port 10443 is open for the world as well.
