Here are the answers you were looking for
1. For the exam process refer to http://education.oracle.com/pls/web_prod-plq-dad/db_pages.getpage?page_id=5001&get_params=p_exam_id:1Z0-803
2. You can go through Oracle's Java tutorial - http://docs.oracle.com/javase/tutorial/.
Read Head First Java by Kathy Sierra, OCP Java SE 7 Programmer I Certification Guide by Mala Gupta, OCA/OCP Java SE 7 Programmer I & II Study Guide (Exams 1Z0-803 & 1Z0-804) by Kathy Sierra
3. Give mock exams from Enthuware - (http://enthuware.com/index.php/mock-exams/oracle-certified-associate/java-programmer-certification-i) they are good and almost all people who cleared it have used it.
4. Oracle's Java tutorial is available for download from the site - http://docs.oracle.com/javase/tutorial/. as a zip file.
5. Syllabus - http://education.oracle.com/pls/web_prod-plq-dad/db_pages.getpage?page_id=5001&get_params=p_exam_id:1Z0-803
6. Read the above mentioned books properly, take the enthuware exams seriously and go through the advice/tips given in the books, participate in the Java ranch certification forums.
7. The above mentioned things are sufficient.

Hi pitri rawlak,

First of all, a warm welcome to CodeRanch!

pitri rawlak wrote:1. HOw to register for exam, how can I get dates... pay fees etc... process.

This website is your starting point to register for the exam.

pitri rawlak wrote:2. Which Study material I should prepare with and if possible do tell me the source to get the material.

3. What mock exam I should give.

Check this thread for an updated overview of study materials.

pitri rawlak wrote:4. What are download links for free study material I can get from web...

You can use Oracle's Java tutorials to study from. They are free.

pitri rawlak wrote:5. Where I can exact syllabus for this particular exam.

Here you can find all exam objectives you'll need to know.

pitri rawlak wrote:6. What are the best possible strategies to crack the exam with best percentage in this least possible time..

Read your study materials carefully, write lots of code snippets and use the Enthuware mock exams to monitor your (increasing) level. If your level is not good enough to pass the exam, you can always reschedule your exam (for free, no extra charge).

Hope it helps!
Kind regards,
Roel

about registration: my advise register closer to date when you plan to test (if you be not ready for this date, you just correct your planes. also you can reschedule exam but as for me this is harder way)

Is there any beta exams for beginners?

Is it easier than associate exam?

What is the most basic exam of Oracle certification in java I can give easily in least possible time?

Least possible time? Why do you want to do such a thing? The exam maybe difficult, but with efforts and advice/tips from all the people in this community you will be able to clear the exam with good marks for sure.

A beta version of a certification exam only exists before the release of the production version. The main benefit is its price: just 50 USD to take the exam. You can take a beta exam only when it's available. An overview of all upcoming beta exams can be found here. When you pass the beta exam, the certification title will be granted to you. So it's not intended for a beginner.

Oracle provides for some certification exams some practice questions. For the OCAJP7 exam you'll find them here.

Give yourself enough time to prepare. Don't rush! My personal opinion: the journey becoming certified is much more important than that piece of paper itself. If you take your time to prepare, you'll become a much better developer with a good understanding of Java and OO basics. You'll get much more out of your certification than someone who's preparing to just pass the exam. No doubt! In this thread I listed a few personal benefits of getting certified.
