Command prompt giving me weird errors  RSS feed

Soooo i'm trying to create a .class extension for a java application of mine called IfTest, in my command prompt after i do the javac IfTest.java it brings up these errors messages telling my period in System.out.printIn is not a symbol it can fine. It is only my second java application, my first one worked fine and i used a System.out.printIn in that one too, pleaseeee help

You misspelt the println (You used an I). The code should be System.out.println("");

Also to expand a little bit: 'error: cannot find symbol System.out.printIn(); (arrow under last period before print) indicates a method that is trying to be called but is undefined. So if you see something similar again, check for spelling mistakes when not using an IDE.

I do use System.out.println(); in eclipse and it works fine without error so why is it not working in his own

Didn't you see the misprint, confusing I and l?
