Hello there. I passed "Java SE 7 Programmer I" exam week ago. I know that hard copy of certificate is sent in 8 weeks. But they point in Oracle CerView page:

Printed copies of certificates are only sent upon request.
Check the eCertificate notification email for instructions on requesting a printed copy.
Request may only be submitted once.

Can someone tell me, how I can request printed copy? I didn't get "eCertificate notification email" for any instructions. I tired to contact Support but they didn't answer.
Or will they automatically send printed copy of certificate anyway?

No, they will not send a printed copy automatically, you have to make a request yourself in order to receive it. Here you'll find an Oracle blog article about eCertificates. And here you'll find more info on how you can request your printed copy.

Hope it helps!
Kind regards,
Roel

Thank you very much! It really helped. I have successfully requested printed copy

I will have to prove that I have passed this exam soon. Can I print eCertificate and use it for this issue? Will that document be recognized as a proof?

You could print the eCertificate to prove that you passed. But if it's recognized as proof, I don't know. Only the person you have to prove you passed can tell you if it's ok or not. Through CertView you can always publish your credentials to 3rd parties. It's intended to proof you hold a certification.

Hope it helps!
Kind regards,
Roel
