Hi all
For those who are interested in WebLogic Developer Certification, below is the information which I had confirmed with Bea.
(1) There would be no WebLogic 6.1 certification as Bea feels that there is no significant changes.
(2) WebLogic 7.0 certification is supposed to be in 1st quarter of 2002 or later.

Hi Hong Ho
Maybe I was not clear in my earlier posting.
What I meant is that although Bea may introduce Weblogic 6.1 application server, the certification exam is still called Weblogic 6.0 Developer certification. I have confirmed this with Bea education. According to the reply from them, Bea has no intention to introduce Weblogic 6.1 certification as they feel that there are no significant differences. You can still use 6.1 documentation for this certification.
The next exams would be Weblogic 7.0 certification which will be released in next quarter 2002 or later.
