Dear Experts,

Do we have any open source tools to monitor tomcat memory,garbage collection,http,DB connections etc ?Please advice.Thanks!!!

The Tomcat Management app lets you monitor memory use and the state of the HTTP request handling Threads with a handy web interface.

I can't think why you would want to monitor GC when you can see current memory use.

It you do want to monitor gc and other memory management details, use the jconsole tool that comes as part of the JDK.
 
Consider Paul's rocket mass heater.
