Best approach to implement the logic  RSS feed

Hi

Could you please help me best approach to implement below requirement.

Requirement is: Two objects: Object1 and Object2.
Object 1 having few properties will be having values and few properties not having values.simiar to Object2 properties also.
Need to calculate field value(Output value)will be based on different criteria by comibining two objects.
Attached sheet for reference.

Your "requirements" are not clear enough to tell what it is that you want to do with the data, and your example data set does not provide enough information to reverse engineer the requirements. What do you mean by "similar"?
