hello,
I need a java program for getting name and address matching from oracle database.
has any one worked on it and can help me .I need get all the customer name and address belonging to same person even if there is slight name and address changes are there.

123 Broadway Av
Brownville, ME 04415

James S
123 Brodway Avenue
Brownville Junction, ME 04451
I am unable to get a best code for this and trying since long time.

What have you tried? Have you tried from the command line direct to Orace without using Java®. I would think you ought to write a SELECT statement at the command line and then please tell us what happens.
I presume you are familiar with WHERE ... = ... and WHERE ... LIKE ... in a SELECT statement.

That's a very difficult project, certainly not one for the 'Beginning Java' forum. I think a good place would be to start by making a list of all the substitution rules that you can think of. Then list the rules for things like misspelling or missing segments of fields, e.g. dropping 'Junction' in your example. You may want to have the matcher return a reliability score where '1' is a perfect match. Only after compiling a list would I even attempt this project.
There are companies that make their living providing software that does this. One company in the game is (was?) People Soft.
