Please let me know the difference between 1Z0-810 and 1Z0-813 exam ? I guess they are same ?

Upgrade to Java SE 8 OCP (from Java SE 6 and all prior versions (you already had java processional certificate)) = 1Z0-813
Upgrade to Java SE 8 Programmer 1Z0-810 (from Java 7 (you already had java processional certificate for version 7)) = 1Z0-810
and topics differ too. ( 1Z0-813 will include topic also from 1Z0-805)

Both will result in obtaining the OCPJP8 certification, but the starting point is different:

If you are already OCPJP7 certified, the 1Z0-810 exam is the upgrade exam you are looking for.

If you have an OCPJP6 (or any prior version, e.g. SCJP 1.4, SCJP 5,...), you must take the 1Z0-813 exam. More info can be found here.

The 1Z0-810 exam will be officially released in the next few weeks/months. The 1Z0-813 beta exam will be available in Late 2015.
