i can't access glassfish server from my local network

hello every body I install netbeans with glassfish server.
I'm working on
if i enter localhost:9999/myproject/ in my browser its work like a charm.
and also when i try 192.168.1.156:9999/myproject/ is worked.
but when i try to connect from another pc or phone on the same network i cant reach my project (pc and phone connect via wifi)
i turn of the firewall and add rule in the firewall with port 9999 but doesnt happend.
i try to ping the address of another pc from my pc is work.
my system is windows 7
