Hi satish konda,
First of all, a warm welcome to CodeRanch!

Yes, it definitely is!
satish konda wrote:2. Is there any other book for preparation?
In the 1st post of
this topic, you'll find an overview of all available study guides. The study guide you mentioned is currently the only paperback OCA8 study guide on the market. But you could of course purchase a OCA7 study guide and use some online resources (e.g. Oracle's online tutorials) to study the new OCA8 topics (like lambdas and date/time API).

The study guide you purchased comes with some online mock exams. And
the Enthuware OCA8 mock exams offer excellent value for money!

There's no requirement to purchase these mock exams. But many ranchers (who already passed OCA7 or OCA8) found these exams very useful in their exam preparation. And like I already said: Enthuware mock exams have an excellent value for money: only 10 usd for 600+ mock questions with explanations. And the software they use is an excellent simulation of the actual exam software as well.
Hope it helps!
Kind regards,
