Hello!
I am planning to give the OCA Java SE 8 exam in 2-3 months. I want to know if the book "OCA: Oracle Certified Associate Java SE 8 Programmer I Study Guide: Exam 1Z0-808 by Jeanne Boyarsky"
and the JA+ V8 enthuware tests enough to get a good score on the exam??

I also read that there are some errors in the book..can somebody give the link for the errata of this book?

I'm the author, so I'm biased. Others have reported success with that approach though.

Note that the errata table is sortable. That way you can filter by errors that affect understanding (there aren't many) vs typos/formatting type things. I've listed *everything* reported in the table because I think it is important for a book to disclose them.

Yes! These both resources should be the perfect combo to pass the exam (with a good score). Of course, only if you study hard and prepare yourself thoroughly. Enthuware offers excellent value for money and you should only use these mock exams to monitor your progress/level. Don't take them all at once, because you'll lose an excellent resource in your preparation. Here you'll find some more info about how you could/should use the Enthuware mock exams.

And if you have a look at the OcajpWallOfFame you'll notice almost everyone uses the Enthuware mock exams as one of their study resources. Because the OCA8 exam is quite new, not many people have passed (and added their name) to the wall of fame. But the study guide you are using is currently the best one available on the market (which is confirmed as well by the reviews on Amazon).

Happy studying!
Kind regards,
Roel
