In your opinion, on a scale from 1 - 10 how difficult would it be to switch to RabbitMQ?
1 being easy, 10 being most difficult.

From 1 to 10 . Too many factors are involved:how deeply your code is tight to specific vendor's MOM features, how much you are skilled with websphere MQ, how much time you have to migrate...
