Hi,
in a company I worked on we used webgain 4.5 with WebLogic and it was a great tool to develop and deploy ejb, Ive noticed some bugs about configuring the dd files but nothing prohibitive.
You can download a trial version (30 days license)
from their site, the problem is if you dont have a fast connection it becames impossible (around 400mb)
http://www.webgain.com/download/index.jsp
regards.
Forgot to mention, the version I used had automatic generation of EJB1.1 not 2.0 support.
