Local client and collocation with the bean in the same JVM

Session 3.2.2 Local Clients

A local client is a client that is collocated in the same JVM with the session bean that provides the local client view....

I think it is more just the same JVM.
If the client and the bean are in the same JVM, but different application for example, different .ear files, the client still cannot access the local view of the bean.

(In Enthuware, it asks if the local client can access the bean in the same JVM or different JVM.)
