I have trouble finding all the elements to take advantage of the above class CPM


I miss the file AcyclicDigraphLP.java, may have overlooked something, please help

or other code to calculate the Critical Path Method

All the classes are right there in that package, for example AcyclicP.java is here (the comment has the wrong class name in in it):

The README suggests using the library via Maven which would probably make your life easier any (since you wouldn't need to worry about individual files):
