Hi All,

I come from Italy but now I am in Beliugm where I work, therefore in my profile I have Italy address.
When I try to purchase the voucher (from my location in Belgium) I put my Italian address to have the invoice to the correct address, but I get the follow error "You have entered an invalid shipping address. Please enter a shipping address in your home country."

How can I resolve it?

Thanks

Hi Angelo,

That's a scenario which is probably not very common. So you should definitely create a service request to the Oracle Certification Program (OCP) Team and ask for assistance. They answer most of the times within 1 or 2 business days. Or you could directly contact the local Oracle University representative. Here you'll find the contact details for Belgium (and/or Italy). The last time I bought a voucher, I contacted them through e-mail as well (because the online purchasing voucher wizard was confusing me regarding the payment details).

Hope it helps!
Kind regards,
Roel

Agree with Roel. The purpose of that validation is to prevent people from taking the test in a "poor" country to save money. I can't imagine them having a problem with a different country in the EU once a human being looks at your request.
