Hello All,
I find this forum useful to get rid of queries related to OCJP Certification.

I am having 1.6 yrs. of experience in Software Development.
Now I am planning to take OCJP Certification.

I am bit confuse that which exam should I go for?
Should I opt for OCJP JavaSE6 or I should move for OCJP Certification JAVA SE-7 (1Z0-803 and 1Z0-804).
Or I should opt the latest one
.

Please guide me on this. So that I can start my preparation.
Also provide me link or references which Book I should follow.

Note:- I am opting OCJP Certification For First Time. Please guide me which values best for me.

It all depends what's important to you (e.g. money, available resources, . In this thread you'll find an overview of all possible paths (OCPJP6, OCAJP7+OCPJP7 or OCAJP8+OCPJP8) you could take to become an OCPJP certified Java programmer. And this thread also contains some valuable information about which OCA version to choose. So I would advice to read these threads and if you still have questions or doubts, just hit the reply button and let us know!

In the OcajpFaq and this thread you'll find an overview of all available resources (study guides, mock exams,...) to thorougly prepare yourself for the certification exam.

Hope it helps!
Kind regards,
Roel
