How do you access [env-entry] values in web.xml from Java code?

If you have the following environment entry in web.xml, how can you access the value of "testValue" programmatically? I tried performing a JNDI lookup, but it failed.

This should work.
But this is not the place to be asking any non weblogic specific questions. Try another forum.
