I install Eclipse and Android SDK.
When I call Eclipse it say:
Error when loading the SDK:

Error: Error parsing
c:\adt\sdk\system-images\android-22\android-wear\armeabi-v7a\devices.xml
cvc-complex-type.2.4.d: Invalid content was found starting with element 'd:skin'. No
child element is expected at this point.
Error: Error parsing
c:\adt\sdk\system-images\android-22\android-wear\x86\devices.xml
cvc-complex-type.2.4.d: Invalid content was found starting with element 'd:skin'. No
child element is expected at this point.

I removed <d:skin> and is OK, but system-images at all is not necessary.

It seems your question was already answered. Without any real knowledge on Android development, I just googled your question and found:

http://stackoverflow.com/questions/30439524/error-loading-the-sdk-when-eclipse-is-started

it seems to be some Eclipse bug. They also recommend to delete (those) files. Also I read a recommendation to use Android Studio for development instead.

Please do at least SOME research before you posts any such questions.
