I came across the following caching annotation from Spring In Action Volume 4 by Craig Walls. Chapter 13 project

I'm wondering what passing in a null SpEL expression in the @CacheEvict(value="spittleCache",condition="") does. Does this SpEL always evaluate to false this the condition is false, thus the CachEvict is never done?
