Hello!

I am currently reading Head First Java (Chapter 13) and have now encountered an odd problem.

Whenever I start the sequencer, with the "Play" button, the track seems to play all the instruments at the same time. It does follow the beat, but however I structure the instruments all of them play at the same time (even if I am using only one instrument). I have no clue of what could be wrong with the Java code. The Java file compiles perfectly. I am guessing that the problem resides within the "buildTrack" method in the "Player" class.

Either way, I am unable to figure out the problem and would really appreciate some help.

Thaks in advance!

/Suddenly

line 137 get() needs a parameter to compile

When I click play I don't get any sound, but I might not be set up right for midi. When I run the program I just get a blank frame until I maximize it.

"Thanks in advance?" You aren't coming back?

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
