Hi, Can anyone please help me how to add mysql connector jar file in to webinf/lib in eclipse IDE?
I tried to import on project folder using add external jar files in java build path.
But how to add physically/externally in to web inf/lib ?

Jar file can be copied directly in lib folder in IDE.
If you are using eclipse, directory structure would be
WebContent -> WEB-INF -> lib

I believe you are creating dynamic web application.
There is no WEB-INF in simple java application.

Yes i am creating dynamic web project.In the Web Content ->webinf->lib
how to add the mysql connector jar file?

If you have the jar file with you, copy it and paste it in lib folder in eclipse.
If you do not have the jar file, click here to download.
Select platform independent and download the zip/tar.gz.
