I am using MYSQL Server 5.6 and mysql-connector.rar from my following java program and I am getting 2 types of JDBC drivers as an output of DriverManager.getDrivers method.
So what is the reason behind 2 types of drivers output?

Welcome to the Ranch
The 2 types of drivers you see are 1) ODBC-JDBC bridge and 2) native JDBC drivers.
In fact there are 4 types of JDBC drivers. ODBC-JDBC bridge is considered "type 1" and the other one is most likely "type 4".
