So I know how to create executable .jar's but how can I make a default picture to show up in place of the cup of coffee?

I want my program to have a default picture instead of the cup of java when I distribute it

Thanks!

JAR files do not allow you the ability to define an icon, like you can for an EXE file on windows, say.

Some other Ranchers had a discussion about it a while ago http://www.coderanch.com/t/513237/java/java/change-icon-jar-file
