Hi,
We are replacing KODO with OpenJPA 1.0. All compilation issue and configuration changes we have done. Even junits are also getting passed. We are using weblogic 10.3 to deploy our application
But we are facing issue at runtime when we run our application we are getting error like 'NoClassDefFoundError' : org.apache.openjpa.jdbc.kernel.QueryLanguage. This class belong to openjpa. And jar is present in classpath, still we are getting the error. Even same class is present in weblogic jar also.
Please someone can help me here.

This is a seriously old application. I used Kodo in 2005!

Why OpenJPA 1.0, though? I'm surprised it's even supported. It's been over 5 years since I used it?

OpenJPA 2 does everything OpenJPA did and quite a bit more and it's just as easy to target.

You may be having some issues with WebLogic. EJB3/JPA is an integral part of the WebLogic 10 server, as it is for all JEE6 and later platforms. In other words, you don't need OpenJPA at all.
