Place Excel Data into Hashmap or Multimap

Can anyone provide me recommendations on how I can get my code to display the excel data into a hashmap or multimap just what it showing in the desired output??? I noticed my current output displays the string values, but not the numeric values. So I'm confused as to how to display this information.

My excel sheet looks like below:


My desired output in either hashmap or multimap with the keys displaying the column index values and the values showing the data
