Calling Stored Procedures with Ibatis  RSS feed

I have noticed that when using Ibatis to call stored procedures, that the call to the stored procedure can have question marks to represent the parameters such as the following:



Also, the call to the stored procedure can look like the following:


Which way is the preferred way? Why choose one over the other?

Personal choice, the framework is trying to be 'helpful' by supporting various different syntax options. I personally prefer named options to question marks for less ambiguity, although either is fine.

Thank you. I like the idea of less ambiguity. You know what the question marks stand for.
