Building pages by hand is a real pain and keeping them current with browser updates is a nightmare. I know there are html editors out there for static content. But I build interactive pages using Ajax and dynamic data using servlets and jsp's. Is there a wysiwyg studio out there I can use to build pages and manage my JEE apps?

I use eclipse and I know it supports wysiwyg through several plugins although I have never used any wysiwyg editor for dynamic sites.

You might want to try Bravo wysiwyg editor and report back. It's the first that comes up while googling for this topic.

If you are interested to migrate to JSF there are many tools that let generate the web pages directly from a database schema. Take a look at JBoss Forge f.e.
BTW also Netbeans has got some nice plugins for generating JSF from a DB schema. See this tutorial about building a Java EE app from a DB schema
