I dont think there are any books for BEA Weblogic certification.

There is currently no book in print which covers WLS Certification. However, Sams Publishing has a book in the works, WebLogic 7 Unleashed, which will include a few chapters on WebLogic Certification (I know, because I'm co-authoring it ).
It should be in the bookstores by Autumn.
