Behaviour of getLinkedException() of JMSException

Hi All,

I am interested in knowing if the method "getLinkedException()" of JMSException returns the topmost exception(DetailedJMSException) in the stack trace, or the bottom most(JmqiException)
Consider the snippet below:

try{
//code that throws exception
}
catch(JMSException ex){
ex.printStackTrace();
}

This gives something like this,

com.ibm.msg.client.jms.DetailedJMSException: JMSWMQ2007: Failed to send a message to destination 'SomeDestination' JMS attempted to perform an MQPUT or MQPUT1; however WebSphere MQ reported an error. Use the linked exception to determine the cause of this error.
