Spring - Dispatcher has no subscribers for channel error

Hi,
Here is my requirement.
1 Read File from FTP location
2 Save the file into DB

Its working fine when i have less than 10 files in FTP location. If have more than that i am getting "Dispatcher has no subscribers for channel error" and the process stops. Below are configuration settings and stack trace. I have been trying to solve this issue past 3 days, have no idea. Any help really appreciated.
